Full refurbishment of the iconic 200 seat institution overlooking main beach. Works included comprehensive fit out, full kitchen/bar and FOH refurb, full mechanical services upgrade, new glazing systems etc . As well as remedial works resulting from cyclone damage. Kitchen redesign was a collaborative effort evolving around the custom made BBQ grill.
