Gluten and Dairy free seafood restaurant on the Surf Pde restaurant strip. Was designed and built in consultation with the owners who wanted to focus and serviceability and cleanliness . Was originally 2 separate tenancies- so the dividing wall was demolished to amalgamate with the existing Urban Eatery and Cafe -to create a food court feel. Works included large back of house prep area, takeaway and dine in restaurant, 2 x outdoor dining areas , full toilet and office facilities , 3 cool rooms and large freezer. In addition the existing cafe was updated and defective works repaired.
