BUILDER – ZERO9 CONSTRUCTIONS
ROLE – DESIGN/CONSTRUCT/SITE MANAGEMENT
Role involved $9m of works to the original heritage listed Fortitude Valley GPO -circa 1870 . Undertook heritage, remedial and Cat 1 works for the landlord – reroof building, new roof plant decks, rebuilding verandahs, structural, facade and remedial works etc.
The fit out component involved 4 bars, restaurant and late night venue – TAMA, TAX OFFICE , GATSBY with large BOH component and 4 separate toilet facilities. A massive build with ornate ceilings and abundant custom feature details throughout the venue.
