Full ground floor refurbishment – new bar ( KG BAR) , refurbished restaurant ( ALLURE), newsagent ,cafe,entry corridors,reception, port cochre . In 2010 completed refurbishment to 2 deluxe penthouse suites in the hotel . In 2011 was asked to undertake construction of a prototype/ display suite which was to become the model for full hotel room renovation.
