ROLE – DESIGN,CONSTRUCTION AND SITE MANAGEMENT
Situated on Moreton Bay this large establishment required 3 bars, kitchen and dining area to be fully refurbished . The poker machine room with new bar was also extensively upgraded. The main feature being a new outdoor seating area with round and curved structures at various heights to capture the amazing bay views . Remedial works to assist the Body Corp was also undertaken to stabilise structural issues which were effecting building integrity. Improvised lightweight landscaping was installed to the suspended carpark structure.
